- From the purchase date, you will be given 3 days for credit, 7 days for exchange and after 7 days, all returned items are for repairs only.
- Kindly send all phones that are beyond 30 days from date of Invoice or when total call time is more that 30 minutes to respective manufacturers for warranty repair.
- All OEM Accessories must be returned directly to manufacturer.
- An RMA form with an RMA number is required for all returns.
- All RMA forms must have detailed reasons, complaints, issues or comments on every item to be returned.
- Make sure to put the correct invoice number and the date or, might as well include a copy of the invoice.
- Returned items must be received within 10 days from the date of issuance of RMA #.
- A separate RMA form must be submitted for approval for any item to be added as return.
- Please make sure to write the RMA # on each box shipped.
- All returned items must come in its original package (as they were sold). A fee will be charged to your account for missing items.
- There should not be any kind of writings/cut-outs on the box. Replacement phones cannot be issued if the box has writings or cutouts.
- All RMAs are subject to approval.
